Basic Birth Care Package - $2000

+Prenatal Care

• 2 visits before the birth
• A complete, personalized birth plan
• Answers to questions & suggestions anytime during your pregnancy via telephone
• 24/7 on call availability beginning 2 weeks prior to due date
• Labor support for you and your loved ones

+Labor Care

• I will remain with you once active labor has begun until 1-2 hours after your baby is born unless you decide you are comfortable and are ready for private time
• I will help implement comfort measures & techniques for optimal labor progression including but not limited to: massage and positioning.
• I will provide advocacy between you and the medical professionals serving you & assistance in conflict resolution should the need arise

+Postnatal Care

• Breastfeeding support if you wish & referrals for additional support you may require
• 1 home visit following the birth
• We will discuss the labor & birth and any postpartum guidance you may request

+Commitment

This is an estimated 60 hour time commitment to you and your family__$50.00 from your payment goes directly to our love steps forward program for you to “love it forward” by contributing to families experiencing loss.

Add Ons:

+Nutrition Package - $250

• This add-on includes support for creating and maintaining a balanced, intuitive diet for baby’s and your changing body. You will have complete weekly meal plans to match your body’s needs as baby grows. These meals are sure to be full of delicious & nutritious recipes and include cooking tips & complete grocery lists.
• Includes 2 additional pre-labor sessions

+Post Partum Household Support - $25/hr

• This add-on includes housekeeping, organization & meal prep allowing Mama and baby dedicated time to resting & bonding!

+NICU Support - $25/hr

• Whether its expected or unexpected having a child in the NICU can be taxing on you and your family. We can offer support by sitting with your baby in times you are unable to, running to and from your home for supplies (including breastmilk delivery), and acting as advocate or aiding in communication between you and the medical professionals offering care to your baby.

+Essential Oils - Packages available on request

• Essential oils can be an immense aid during pregnancy labor and delivery. If this is something you're interested in I can provide you with the oils and everything you need to know to use them safely.
